This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between TST Survey Instruments and the end user (“You”) regarding the use of our products, software, and related services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
- TST Survey Instruments grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use our products and software strictly for personal or business purposes.
- You may install, access, and use the licensed software only as specified in the product documentation.
You agree NOT to:
- Modify, copy, distribute, or sell any part of our software or equipment without prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
- Use our products for illegal activities or in violation of local laws and regulations.
- All intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, remain the property of TST Survey Instruments.
- Any unauthorized use or duplication of our products will result in legal action.
- Limited Warranty: Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Liability Disclaimer: TST Survey Instruments is not responsible for any data loss, indirect damages, or financial losses arising from the use of our products.
- This Agreement remains valid until terminated by either party.
- TST Survey Instruments reserves the right to revoke your license if you violate any terms outlined in this Agreement.
- This License Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be handled in Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
