♻️ What Is the Trade-In Program?

Our Trade-In program lets you exchange eligible products for store credit or discounts on future purchases. It’s a great way to:

• Upgrade your gear
• Reduce electronic or product waste
• Save money on your next order

We currently accept trade-ins for select categories such as electronics, fashion, books, and small appliances (depending on stock and condition).

📦 How to Trade In an Item

• Check Eligibility
• Visit our Trade-In Page and search for your item.
• Enter basic details (condition, model, etc.) to get an estimated value.
• Accept Offer
• If you agree to the offer, proceed to submit a Trade-In request.
• You’ll receive shipping instructions or a free return label (if eligible).
• Send Your Item
• Carefully pack the item and ship it to us.
• We’ll inspect it once it arrives.
• Receive Credit
• After approval, store credit or discount will be added to your account.
• In some cases, you may also choose a direct payment method like PayPal or bank deposit.

⏱️ Processing Time

• Trade-in evaluation: 3–5 business days after receiving the item
• Credit issuance: Within 1 business day after approval

⚠️ Important Notes

• Items must match the described condition to receive full value.
• Non-eligible or rejected items can be returned (fees may apply) or responsibly recycled.
• Trade-ins are final once accepted and credited.
