Getting Receipt Copies

📩 Where to Find Your Receipt

You’ll automatically receive a receipt in your order confirmation email after every successful purchase. This includes:

• Order number
• Item details
• Billing and shipping information
• Payment method and total cost

Tip: Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

👤 Accessing Receipts from Your Account

If you created an account during checkout, you can access your receipts anytime:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My Orders or Order History.
3. Click on the order you need a receipt for.
4. Select “View Receipt” or “Download Invoice.”

You can then save or print the file for your records.

🛒 Guest Checkout? No Worries!

If you checked out as a guest and don’t have an account:

• Search your inbox for the order confirmation email.
• That email serves as your official receipt.
• Can’t find it? Contact our Support Team with your order number or name used at checkout.

📎 Need a Custom Receipt or Invoice?

If you need a version with your company name, tax ID, or other custom info:

• Contact our Customer Support team with your request.
• We’ll generate and email a PDF version of your invoice within 1–2 business days.
