📩 Step 1: Check Your Confirmation Email

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes:

• Your tracking number
• A link to the carrier’s tracking page
• The estimated delivery date

Didn’t see the email? Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder!

🔍 Step 2: Track Through Your Account

If you created an account with us, you can also track your order directly on our website:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My Orders.
3. Find your order and click “Track Package.”
4. You’ll see the latest tracking updates from the shipping carrier.

🚚 What If I Don’t See Tracking Info?

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has shipped. If it’s been longer and still nothing is showing, feel free to contact us.

📦 Multiple Packages?

If your order was shipped in more than one package, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each box. You can track each one individually using the same steps above.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it’s delayed beyond the estimated time, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
