🛍️ Step 1: Check If Your Order Is Eligible for Return

Before starting the return, make sure:

🔁 Step 2: Start the Return Process

3. Click “Request Return” next to the item you want to send back.
4. Select a reason and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you checked out as a guest, visit our Returns Page and enter your order number + email to start.

📦 Step 3: Pack It Up & Ship It

Once your return request is approved:

• You’ll receive a return label via email (if we provide prepaid shipping).
• Carefully repack the item, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping point.

💸 Step 4: Get Your Refund

• Refunds are processed within [e.g., 5–7 business days] after we receive and inspect the item.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• If you used rewards or a gift card, those will be reissued.
